The "Slums"

The largest of the four districts which was originally the “Residential District” has now been nicknamed the “Slums”. The name accurately describes what this district is. The entire district is filled with small rundown shacks and houses one after another. Occasionally you’ll come across what used to look like a rather nice house… even those have fallen victim to the degradation of the district.
